The most powerful Zeoclean — concentrated formula specifically removes dried epoxy grout haze, paint splashes and stubborn construction residues from tiles after installation.
What Makes Max
Stand Out
The most powerful ZeoClean — concentrated formula specifically removes dried epoxy grout haze, paint splashes and stubborn construction residues from tiles after installation.
Specifically formulated to remove the most stubborn epoxy grout haze — the hardest construction residue to remove from tiles.
Removes paint splashes, emulsion drips and decorating residue from tile surfaces after construction.
Highly concentrated — small amount achieves maximum results. One litre cleans large tile areas efficiently.
Designed for the post-installation cleanup challenge — after grouting, painting and fitting out.
Works on ceramic, vitrified, porcelain and unglazed tiles — versatile across all standard tile types.
Fast-acting formula — short dwell time achieves excellent results without prolonged scrubbing.
Formulated to remove residue without damaging the tile surface — safe on most glazed and vitrified surfaces.
Professional concentration — use diluted or neat depending on severity of contamination.

How to Use Max
- Wear PPE — gloves, eye protection and face mask
- Ensure adequate ventilation — open windows and doors
- Test on small area first — powerful formula
- Do NOT use on polished natural stone, marble or limestone
- Light residue: dilute 1:5 with water
- Medium residue: dilute 1:3 with water
- Heavy epoxy haze: apply neat or 1:1 dilution
- Start with diluted application and increase strength if needed
- Apply to dry tile surface with brush, mop or spray
- Allow to dwell for 5–15 minutes depending on residue severity
- Agitate with stiff brush or scrubbing pad
- Do not allow to dry on tile surface during treatment
- Rinse thoroughly with copious clean water
- Ensure all product is removed
- Second rinse to confirm complete removal
- Check tile surface is clean and residue-free
- Inspect grout joints after cleaning — strong acid can affect some grouts
- If grout joint is affected, re-grout the affected area
- Apply sealant to natural stone tiles after cleaning if required
Ideal working temperature +5°C to +35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures during application.
Always ensure the substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound before application.
Lift a tile to verify adhesive coverage — minimum 65% floor, 80% exterior and wet areas.
Mix only what can be used within the pot life. Do not add water to extend working time.
NOT safe on marble, polished limestone or acid-sensitive surfaces. Wear full PPE. Test on small area. Rinse thoroughly after use. Ventilate area well.
