How to Use Advance
- Wear gloves, eye protection and face mask
- Ventilate the area
- Test on small inconspicuous area first
- NOT safe on marble, polished stone or acid-sensitive tiles
- Light cement haze: dilute 1:8 with water
- Medium haze: dilute 1:4 with water
- Heavy deposits: dilute 1:2 or apply diluted and repeat
- Never apply undiluted to tiles — may cause damage
- Pre-wet tile surface with clean water
- Apply diluted ZeoClean Advance with mop, brush or sponge
- Allow 5–10 minute dwell time
- Agitate with scrubbing brush
- Rinse thoroughly with copious clean water
- Neutralise remaining acid with baking soda solution if needed
- Multiple rinses to ensure complete removal
- Check pH of rinse water — should be neutral
- For heavy deposits, repeat after rinsing
- Longer dwell time is safer than higher concentration
- For extremely stubborn deposits, use ZeoClean Max
Ideal working temperature +5°C to +35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures during application.
Always ensure the substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound before application.
Lift a tile to verify adhesive coverage — minimum 65% floor, 80% exterior and wet areas.
Mix only what can be used within the pot life. Do not add water to extend working time.
NOT safe on marble, polished stone or acid-sensitive surfaces. Always dilute before use. Rinse thoroughly. Wear PPE at all times.
