What Makes Epoxy Grout
Stand Out
Standard 2-part epoxy grout — zero water absorption, stain-proof and chemical resistant. The professional choice for kitchens, laboratories, commercial kitchens and industrial areas.
Two-part epoxy creates a completely impervious grout joint — zero water absorption, zero staining, zero bacteria growth.
Resists acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, food acids and most cleaning chemicals — only choice for aggressive environments.
Compressive strength exceeding 50 N/mm² — handles heavy foot traffic, trolleys and impacts without cracking.
Epoxy resin matrix is inherently stain-proof — wine, coffee, oils and cleaners cannot penetrate or stain the joint.
Ideal for wet areas, pools and anywhere moisture must be excluded — grout joint stays watertight permanently.
Meets performance requirements for industrial kitchens, food processing, laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities.
Available in a range of colours to complement any tile selection — consistent colour throughout joint depth.
Factory-controlled resin and hardener achieve consistent performance regardless of site mixing skill.
Technologies
Impervious epoxy — permanent stain and water resistance
Resists acids, alkalis and most industrial chemicals
High compressive strength for heavy traffic areas
Suitable for food processing, labs and industrial environments
Where Epoxy Grout Performs
Industrial and commercial kitchen floor and wall grouting
Chemical labs, pharmaceutical and cleanroom tile grouting
Pool and water feature tile grouting — permanent waterproofing
Hospital floors and walls where hygiene is critical
Factory and warehouse areas with chemical or heavy traffic
Shower rooms, spa areas and commercial wet rooms
How to Use Epoxy Grout
- Tiles fully set — minimum 24 hours after adhesive application
- Clean all joints of adhesive, dust and contamination
- Joint width: 2–8mm, depth: minimum 2/3 of tile thickness
- Mask sensitive stone tile faces before grouting
- Combine Part A and Part B in exact ratio as per packaging
- Mix thoroughly with slow-speed stirrer — 3 minutes minimum
- Uniform colour with no streaks indicates thorough mixing
- Work within stated pot life at site temperature
- Apply with rubber grout float, pressing firmly into joints
- Work diagonally across joints for best filling
- Clean excess from tile surface within 5–10 minutes with wet sponge
- Work in sections appropriate to working time at temperature
- Remove epoxy haze immediately with damp sponge and clean water
- Do not allow epoxy to cure on tile surface
- For stubborn haze, use ZeoClean Max epoxy remover
- Final polish with clean dry cloth
- Protect from water for minimum 24 hours
- Light foot traffic after 24 hours
- Full chemical resistance at 7 days
- Do not expose to chemicals for first 7 days
Ideal working temperature +5°C to +35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures during application.
Always ensure the substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound before application.
Lift a tile to verify adhesive coverage — minimum 65% floor, 80% exterior and wet areas.
Mix only what can be used within the pot life. Do not add water to extend working time.
Work in sections appropriate to pot life — do not allow epoxy to set on tile surface. Temperature must be above 10°C. Clean tools immediately with solvent while fresh.
